Eligibility for Refunds
- We offer refunds only for products purchased directly from Arcella Beauty and delivered within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at hello@arcellabeauty.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.
- Once your request is processed, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the product.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 30-60 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@arcellabeauty.com with a photo of the damage or defect. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items
- Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
- Used or opened products will not be eligible for a refund.
